Enjoying our relaxing resort, although we did go into town (Hoi An) this morning on the 11.00am free hotel shuttle. and returned at 2.30pm. Just walked around the town just taking it all in. This is the place that's popular to have clothes and shoes made to measure.
I am getting a pair of shorts and two pairs of leather Jandels made and will be ready tomorrow for pick up.
PT wanted some jeans made but the material wasn't quite how we know jean material so he left it, and came away with nothing,poor chap...
Very hot in town as it is 10mins inland on the rivers edge. After walking around for three hours back to the resort and the feel of the ocean breeze was great.
We went down for a swim on beach as I felt the pools were too warm from the sun, wouldn't be refreshing enough. Opted for the beach thinking it would be more refreshing but it too was very warm, amazing but still nicer than the pools. I prefer the sea,so nice with the wind blowing in off the ocean.
Sat on their loungers for awhile under the umbrella, very pleasant.
Came back to our room, caught up with the washing, real fun... then it was time for a drink, on the deck with sea air blowing in. So different from all the cities we have been through since we left home. Our little four day unwind before we hit the big cities again. Just beautiful down this coastline for the relaxation of the beach life with its golden clean sand. After drinks, down for dinner.
Nice spacious hotel room . Looking in from the balcony area, across the bed to a nice long desk area behind. Nice to have all this space to work on the computer. We sit here and look straight out to sea.
Standing beside the desk looking out, and as you can see nice sitting area on the deck but the ranch sliders are on the outside of the deck, so the deck area can be used as an indoor or outdoor deck.
This photo makes it clearer that the ranch sliders are just behind the railing so you can close it, makes it all inside or have it as an open deck....

Our room top floor level three first angled room just round the corner from the front which gets a great view as above. Its a really good room as its the nearest block to the beach. Room 1325.
