We got the 9.00 am free shuttle bus back into town to pick up my jandals and shorts that I was having made. Had another walk around town to fill in time as the next shuttle didn't return until 11.30 am.
The sun came back today but the high winds are still here, but its good to have all that fresh air blowing in helps cool things down a bit. After we got back from town we went for a walk along the southern end of the hotel . Hugh waves coming in pounding the shore.
We then wanted a swim at the ocean beach but found it to be was closed for swimming due to the the big waves. As the guys told us only open for walking. So we had to swim in the pool which isn't as nice as the sea.
As you can see another nice relaxing day. We were so relaxed yesterday we couldn't sleep very well last night. leaving here tomorrow to fly to Ho Chi Minh City 1.30pm flight about one hour ten mins flying time, so back to the fast pace of a hot humid city.
The little shops in town where you can have shoes and clothing made. They are all up and down the streets.

The big net on the river behind the little girl is what they use to catch fish/squid. They lower it down into the water then pull it up to see if they have their catch. Then lower it again. It all connected to a pulley system and there is a light above and in the centre of the net to attract the fish. From this distance though you cant see the light. This is just a demonstration as to how they catch fish and as can be seen at night the ocean is just swarming with boats with extra bright lights on to attract the fish.
Not sure about this one.
Next three probably the oldest part of town. Missed this street the other day. Apparently its very nice at night with all the lanterns lit up. but we didn't go in at night.
As we went for our walk along shore wall below we came across this two eyed creature above. I think it has seen better days.
It was very windy here, hotel in background. A lot rougher than it looks.

This is the beach we usually swim at but they wouldn't let us today due to the high wind but as you can see we had sun today and the high winds.
